This Client is a sizeable organization with presence across the globe. It is currently looking for an Assistant to Chairman for providing secretarial support in both business activities and personal matters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administration support to Management regarding personal & business issues
  • Prepare important correspondence, documentation and all relevant materials
  • Manage travel arrangement and accommodation reservation
  • Coordinate for company stamps, licenses and profiles
  • Assist in the communication work for overseas projects
  • Other ad hoc assignments as requested
  • Occasional business travel might be expected

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience; Fresh Graduates with high calibre and great learning ability are welcome to apply
  • Well-organized, proactive, willing to learn and take challenges
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English a must
  • Willing to travel and work in Hong Kong
