Support 3 senior management expats
Manage calendars including meeting schedules and external meetings

Requirements:
Degree holder with 3-5 years of solid secretarial experience in MNC
Efficient, detailed-minded, organized, presentable and multi-tasking
A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely, independently and professionally
Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong PC skills, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
