A leading private equity company is currently seeking for an Executive Assistant & Roadshow Coordinator to join their team. The chosen candidate must have previous relevant experience, prior exposure from private equity would be a definite advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Head of Sales
- Responsible for travel arrangement and roadshow coordination
- Handle event arrangement and related administrative tasks
- Work closely with global investor relations team and marketing teams on roadshows and events
- Responsible for presentation materials and marketing collateral when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial and event support experience
- Previous exposure from private equity or related field would be a definite advantage
- Proactive individual and flexible to work under different time zones
- Strong command in MS Office
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
