The Senior Manager – Administration will oversee corporate administration functions across Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager – Administration will oversee corporate administration functions across Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, category managers, enterprise service teams, and local facilities management to implement effective office service practices. The incumbent will also support the planning and execution of corporate events held in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sizable administration team across regions to deliver comprehensive office administration services, including office supplies, facilities management, front-of-house operations, general support, and security.
  • Supervise the local team in organizing and supporting corporate events such as internal/external meetings, catering functions, festive celebrations, and board-related activities.
  • Drive departmental initiatives and innovation projects, ensuring timely reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute group-level projects and procurement activities, ensuring successful delivery at both headquarters and local offices.
  • Oversee budget planning, cost control, and KPI tracking, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.
  • Support corporate initiatives related to sustainability, employee wellbeing, and business continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, ideally within large-scale organizations.
  • Proven track record in leading office renovation and relocation projects.
  • Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic environments, with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
