Head of Administration
Responsibilities include oversight of office management for offices globally, including project management, vendor management, office lease and contract renewals.
Job Duties
- Responsible for all round office administration duties including but not limited to office renovation, vendor management, facilities management and lease management
- Coordinate with external suppliers/ vendors of different office and IT systems
- Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth office operations in a cost-effective manger
- Perform and review regular check up on various equipment and administration of maintenance contracts
- Manage the administration team in Hong Kong and APAC region
- Be the key person for all corporate related issues and responsible for coordination within the business
- Regularly review and update administration policies and ensure seamless alignments and implementations across all office region
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- At least 10+ years within similar role
- Prior experience in overlooking APAC offices within Financial Services is preferred
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
