Facilities/Office Manager - Financial Services
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day office operations and project management activities, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily office operations and project management activities, specifically in every office build/relocation project across APAC region
- Work with procurement team to manage all RFP process for 3rd party vendors
- Manage vendor relationships and internal coordination with the Project Team across the global scale
- Ensure office maintenance including regular cleaning, pest control, and disinfection
- Manage all access card provisioning in Asia
- Support local office managers in sourcing and signing up new vendors
- Responsible for procurement of office supplies and furniture in the Hong Kong office
- Provide guidelines and recommendation to deliver facilities services, monitor routine building utility repair and maintenance, check fire drills and fire safety equipment regularly
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, LTP and Quarterly Forecast
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities & project management
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Highly organised and flexible approach to work
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
