Senior Administration Manager (up to 55k)

Our Client is looking for a Senior Administration Manager, handling office administration including hard & soft and enterprise services with solid team leading experience.

Job Duties:

  • Team Management: Manage and lead a sizeable administration team across Hong Kong offices to ensure smooth office operations, including office supplies, facilities management, general support, front-of-house operations, and security.
  • Event Coordination: In charge of organizing corporate events, including internal and external meetings, catering services, annual celebrations, and board-related activities.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of Change & Category SME models, translating and supporting the introduction of new processes and systems to enhance efficiency
  • Project Management: Take lead in office renovation and relocation projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute group projects and procurement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across headquarters and local operations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, actuals, cost centers, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines is preferable
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably gained from listed companies and sizeable companies
  • Proactive, detailed-orientated and good organization sklls
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment independently and as a team member
  • Skilled at Microsoft 365, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Occasional travel to China and overseas may be required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English
