This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a growing team of administrative professionals and play a pivotal part in executing the administrative strategy.
What you'll do:
Complete management and administration of the workplace, ensuring the smooth running of the Hong Kong office
Manage all the facilities and services of the office, liaise with providers/suppliers, establish relationships and follow up (e.g., landlord, security, health and safety, catering, insurance, building maintenance, etc)
Manage all the procurement and supply chain contracts for the office, run competitive tenders when required
Onboard and induct new joiners and offboard leavers
Organise staff events and act as local cultural ambassador of the firm
Review and control of invoices for the Hong Kong office
Assist in office renovation, relocation when required
Ensure the local office is compliant in data protection law
What you bring:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as an Office Manager, ideally in family offices, investment banks or other financial services industry
Fluent in English and Cantonese
The ideal candidate will be responsible, independent and assertive
