This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the day-to-day management of approximately 15 administrative professionals across various Asia locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing regional administrative talent strategies, balancing workloads, conducting performance management, and promoting learning and development.

What you'll do:

As an Administrative/Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the administrative landscape of our client's Asia locations. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving planning and approvals around administrative role needs, managing the regional admin hiring process, making offer recommendations, and partnering with other administrative staff managers to implement efficiency-enhancing processes. Your role will also involve managing team building mechanisms to foster cooperation within the team. Additionally, you will facilitate developmental opportunities for your team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

  • Drive planning and approvals around administrative role needs and support assignments.
  • Manage the regional admin hiring process with HR, including intake meetings, interviews, and debrief/candidate evaluation meetings.
  • Make offer recommendations as it pertains to candidate selection.
  • Partner with other administrative staff managers across the firm’s regions to prioritise and implement efficiency-enhancing process and technology improvements.
  • Manage team building mechanisms and programs to encourage cooperation and camaraderie across the region’s administrative population.
  • Facilitate developmental opportunities/coaching to team where there are weaknesses or development areas.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • People management experience, ideally in the administrative area.
  • Human Resources experience is a plus.
  • Process improvement experience is a plus.
  • Financial services industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
