A global beauty/skin care company in Hong Kong with a variety of different beauty shops, is currently looking for a top tier candidate who is experienced in both Admin and HR duties to join their expanding business as an Office Manager.
- Perform a full range of office administration and secretarial work in a fast paced environment
- Act as the point of contact for all admin logitics such as lease agreement, office renovation, payroll, MPF and medical insurance
- Support new hires including implement HR policy, setting up and be point of contact for monthly payroll, coorindate with vendors for insurance, Employee Compensation Medical, Life Insurance, tracking of annual leave, etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary
- Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- More than 6 years of related experience in both Admin and HR duties
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong writine skills in English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
