Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Asset Management

Our client is a well‑established asset management firm. As the team continues to expand, the firm is looking for a capable and polished Personal Assistant to support senior management in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide full executive and administrative support to senior management
    • Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and organise multi‑timezone schedules
    • Arrange international and regional travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and logistics for roadshows or investor meetings
    • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and confidential documents
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders, investment teams, clients, and external partners in a professional manner
    • Assist with coordination of investor events, internal activities, and senior-level engagements
    • Handle expense claims, procurement, document filing, and ad‑hoc executive requests
    • Support personal errands or tasks when required.

Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative support role—preferably within asset management, private equity, banking, or financial services.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and maturity.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
