Senior Customer Service Officer (26-28k on shift)

We are looking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the team!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to general inquiries, billing questions, and complaints via phone and email

  • Mentor team members in handling complex cases by providing support

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns

  • Provide administrative tasks

  • Address escalated cases as the primary point of contact for critical complaints

  • Undertake ad hoc assignments or tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • A team player with positive attitude, Customer-oriented with patience and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and Chinese Typing
  • Work shifts including weekends and public holidays
