Senior Customer Service Officer (26-28k on shift)
We are looking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the team!
Responsibilities

Respond to general inquiries, billing questions, and complaints via phone and email

Mentor team members in handling complex cases by providing support

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns

Provide administrative tasks

Address escalated cases as the primary point of contact for critical complaints

Undertake ad hoc assignments or tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- A team player with positive attitude, Customer-oriented with patience and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and Chinese Typing
- Work shifts including weekends and public holidays
