Receptionist, Admin Assistant, Front of House
Our client is an international financial institution. They are looking for a Front of House to support their business in Hong Kong.
Job Details
- Manage Front of House operations, venue, and meeting rooms
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up and maintained throughout the day, including virtual link display, relocations, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor daily event schedules for overruns, clashes, and guest changes; communicate updates promptly
- Report defects impacting client experience or business continuity
- Maintain high standards of tidiness and presentation across all client-facing areas
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility for shift work and occasional evening events
- Prepare and distribute reports on upcoming events, catering needs, and weekend attendance; maintain daily handover documentation
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Front of House, or corporate guest services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Professional presentation and punctuality
