Our client is an international financial institution. They are looking for a Front of House to support their business in Hong Kong.

Job Details

  • Manage Front of House operations, venue, and meeting rooms
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and maintained throughout the day, including virtual link display, relocations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor daily event schedules for overruns, clashes, and guest changes; communicate updates promptly
  • Report defects impacting client experience or business continuity
  • Maintain high standards of tidiness and presentation across all client-facing areas
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility for shift work and occasional evening events
  • Prepare and distribute reports on upcoming events, catering needs, and weekend attendance; maintain daily handover documentation

Job Requirements

    • Previous experience in Front of House, or corporate guest services
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
    • Professional presentation and punctuality
