We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer Service officer to join our client’s team. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in capturing customer's expectations, preferences, and aversions while finding helpful solutions and delivering exceptional, professional service in every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide customer service through various channels, including email and phone calls.
  • Handle inbound calls and live chats from external customers regarding general enquiry
  • Offer information to help customers resolve their issues.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required; JLPT N2 or above is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
