Japanese Speaking Customer Service (Tsuen Wan area)
We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer Service officer to join our client’s team. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in capturing customer's expectations, preferences, and aversions while finding helpful solutions and delivering exceptional, professional service in every interaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide customer service through various channels, including email and phone calls.
- Handle inbound calls and live chats from external customers regarding general enquiry
- Offer information to help customers resolve their issues.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Japanese is required; JLPT N2 or above is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
