Administrative Assistant, Admin Support, Bank
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to their department and leadership team. This role involves managing daily departmental operations, offering executive assistance to senior leaders, and ensuring seamless communication across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Department Support:
- Handle finance-related processes and maintain records.
- Manage on-boarding/off-boarding and general office administration
- Act as SharePoint administrator, updating content and managing user access.
- Assist with ad hoc projects across HR, Learning, Risk & Control, Business Continuity, Facility Management, and other areas.
2. Executive Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to department leaders.
- Organise schedules and travel arrangements.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
- Facilitate communication within the organisation.
- Work with other assistants and provide ad-hoc support as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification; degree preferred
- Solid experience in sizeable organisations; financial services experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Team player with high emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
