This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality administrative support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Booking flights, accommodations, and transportations for business trips and roadshows
  • Processing, consolidating, and reconciling expenses in accordance with the firm’s expense policy
  • Assisting with scheduling calls and meetings across global time zones
  • Arranging materials printing and shipments for roadshows
  • Coordinating company events when required
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of office/pantry
  • Ordering and maintaining office/pantry supplies
  • Arranging breakfast and lunch ordering for meetings
  • Responding to phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assisting with coordination with office contractors/vendors when required

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferably in Private Equity, Asset Management, Banks, Insurance or Finance related industries
  • Excellent team player with good organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Conscientiousness with strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Korean; Japanese and Cantonese is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous experience of Salesforce is ideal
