Administration Manager (up to 35K)

Our client is a construction and engineering company, they are looking for an Assistant Administration Manager / Administration Manager to join them.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and regular office management and administration duties including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of stationery and other miscellaneous supplies.
  • Handle meeting room, courier services and travel arrangements, expense claims
  • Maintain and monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area
  • Manage and execute HR function covering appraisal systems, performance benchmark, recruitment and selection, etc
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave record
  • Support and organize in company events and staff activities
  • Assist in special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Main Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of solid office administration experiences
  • Good command of English and Chinese for both speaking and writing;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Less experience candidate will be consider as Assistant Administration Manager
