We're partnering with a global multinational company in their search for a Customer Service Officer. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be a key player in delivering seamless and memorable travel experiences. You'll build strong customer relationships and work within a supportive, collaborative team. This role offers excellent training, mentorship, and clear pathways for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the brand representative and provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
  • Handle reservations, ticketing, changes, upgrades, and loyalty program inquiries.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to all regulations and procedures.
  • Assist with passenger inquiries, baggage handling, and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to smooth airport operations through support tasks and accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Eligibility to work in Hong Kong (minimum age 18).
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service (airline, hospitality, or related fields) is a plus and will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is mandatory (Safety Sensitive Role).
