We're partnering with a global multinational company in their search for a Customer Service Officer. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be a key player in delivering seamless travel experiences. You'll build strong customer relationships, contribute directly to revenue growth, and work within a supportive, collaborative team. This role offers excellent training, mentorship, and clear pathways for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support through all digital and phone channels.
  • Recommend and sell travel products, fares, and services, offering after-sales support.
  • Guide customers through our website and mobile app, helping them book and manage their travel.
  • Handle reservations, ticketing, changes, upgrades, and loyalty program inquiries.
  • Resolve issues, such as finding alternative flights for disruptions or rebooking travel plans.
  • Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and revenue.
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries 24/7.
  • Collaborate with international customer service teams.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level Japanese is a must (JLPT N2 or above) and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and various digital communication platforms.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing positive customer experiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
