This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a wide range of administrative duties, from office management to expense control, ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.

What you'll do:

As an Administrative Support professional, your role will be integral to the smooth running of the organisation.

  • Perform full spectrum of administration duties including central administration and coordination with internal and external parties
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is properly maintained
  • Handle procurement of office services, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage end-to-end staff onboarding and exit procedures
  • Plan and coordinate staff events and training sessions
  • Track regular training reports to ensure all staff fulfill requirements
  • Develop and implement internal operational procedures
  • Review expense claims in compliance with policies and standards
  • Handle payment settlement and cost allocation
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Administrative Support role brings a wealth of experience in office administration within the banking or financial sector. Your proficiency in MS Office coupled with your strong administrative writing skills will enable you to excel in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years administration experience in a banking or financial institution
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with office administration
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, deadline-oriented, solution-focus, detail-minded
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and tight timelines
