This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage corporate services, oversee office supplies, coordinate staff relocations, and assist in compiling data and preparing reports. The successful candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage corporate memberships, procurement of corporate goods and subscriptions
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain stock control
  • Coordinate staff relocations and accommodations, including managing agreements and invoices
  • Verify invoices and process payment requests efficiently
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports
  • Provide logistic support for internal company events/meetings
  • Back up the Workplace team as necessary

What you bring:

  • Minimum of a Higher Diploma in a relevant field
  • At least three years of experience in an administrative role within the financial industry
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organised with the ability to work independently while adapting to changing demands and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
  • Cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, business lines, and support functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
