The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the company, handling everything from facilities coordination to new joiner on-boarding.

What you'll do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Your responsibilities will span across various areas, including facilities coordination, new joiner on-boarding, and report generation.

  • Coordinate with various departments on facilities and equipment management
  • Set up profiles and stations for new joiners
  • Handle scheduling, travel, and expense matters
  • Issue audit reports and announcement memos
  • Compile and generate reports as required
  • Support and raise requests for new joiner on-boarding
  • Manage other ad-hoc and administrative matters as they arise

What you bring:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive approach towards problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination
