Admin Assistant / Receptionist

To cope with our team expansion, we are now looking to hire an admin assistant to support our consultants on admin and operation tasks.

Job duties:


• Input and update candidates’ and clients’ details on the company database
• Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates
• Manage team’s calendars
• Occasional reception duties
• Prepare employment agreements and other contract related documents
• Maintain records of contracts and other related documents
• Assist on candidates’ visa application when necessary
• Ad-hoc tasks / reports as per clients’ requests or as assigned by team’s manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 1 year’s administrative work experience; having basic knowledge on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance will be an advantage but not essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English
• Systematic, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Mature, able to work independently with good time management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure
