This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support, covering various aspects such as office maintenance, procurement, contract review, and internal document drafting.
What you'll do:
Provide full spectrum of administrative support including general office repair and maintenance
Negotiate with vendors on office procurement, fixed assets and equipment administration
Review supplier contracts, quotations and payment transactions
Draft internal documents in both Chinese and English
Arrange and monitor the work schedule of company drivers and amah effectively
Perform other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned
What you bring:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in office administration
Ability to work independently, well-organised, good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible with multi-tasking skills
Experience in sizable organisations would be an advantage
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
