A well-known travel group is looking for an Assistant Customer Service Manager with good communications and administration operations management to join their team. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a sizeable and dynamic organization then this is an excellent role for you!

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through different channels with professional manner
  • Maintain effective communications with internal teams and vendors to ensure business operations
  • Provide administrative support as applications forms filing to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate of business meetings and conferences, but not limited to agenda preparation and minutes taking
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in administrative or client relationship management
  • Strong organizational and time management skill, and attention to details
  • Excellent integrity and able to keep confidentiality in highest priority manner
  • Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
