A well-known travel group is looking for an Assistant Customer Service Manager with good communications and administration operations management to join their team. Job Descriptions:
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through different channels with professional manner
- Maintain effective communications with internal teams and vendors to ensure business operations
- Provide administrative support as applications forms filing to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate of business meetings and conferences, but not limited to agenda preparation and minutes taking
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in administrative or client relationship management
- Strong organizational and time management skill, and attention to details
- Excellent integrity and able to keep confidentiality in highest priority manner
- Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
