Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate the team to perform their best.
• Coach and support new joiner and existing staff at all level by providing training on delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
• Develop the CR team in terms of talents and knowledge.
• Assist in building a superior brand standard in all upcoming and previous projects.
• Contribute new ideas for the betterment of customer experience in the group’s properties.
• Plan and prepare budget for upcoming projects
• Work with the internal parties in planning and implementing the handover of the group’s new development.
Main Requirements:
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years or above experience in handover and defect follow up related field with at least 3 years at managerial level or above.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua.
• Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager
