An international asset management firm with offices around the globe is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support their business. The ideal candidate would be coming from the Finance Industry with 1-2 years of experiences, and able to speak very good English.
- Direct visitors to meeting rooms; maintain and issue visitor badges as required
- Welcome visitors in person and on the telephon in a good mannaer
- Handle wide spectrum of corporate and office admin duties, including meeting room reservation, courier & mailing arragement, procurement, etc.
- Organize and coordinate company functions and staff activities
- Responsible to assist for invoice/payment for office related items
- Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience working as Receptionist/Secretary with formal secretarial training
- Highly proficiency in MS Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent telephone manner and guest greeting, pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), *English is a MUST
- Positive attitude, good team work ethic, cheerful, self-motivated, etc.
