Our client is multinational company around the globe. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the office as well as the Reception area.
- Provide clerical and administrative support around the office
- Responsible for all-round receptionist general duties
- Hande incoming calls, mails and courier handling, greeting visitors, maintain meeting rooms schedule, etc.
- Keep track of the office equipments (e.g. computers, washroom storage keys, etc.)
- Maintain and update telephone list
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Draft for general notice and interal e-mails
- Manage e-mail accounts & company server
- Carry out administration duties including marketing materials preparation, copying, binding, scanning and distribution, etc.
- College diploma or above
- 2 years solid relevant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priortize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills with great attention to details
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
