Our Client, is a British Multinational Banking and Financial Services Holding Company, currently looking for an Assistant in their Onboarding Team in HK.
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (8:30 AM – 5:30PM); Fri (8:30 AM – 5:00PM)
- Contact suppliers to introduce Supply Chain Solutions, and follow-up the onboarding activities end-to-end
- Handle phone and email enquiries from suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate mandatory Supplier Due Diligence activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1 - 2 years Basic Selling Experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Japanese is a plus
- Good in Communication
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), Word, PPT
