An engineering company seeks a Sales Manager, Service & Solutions in Kowloon to drive sales growth, build client partnerships, and advance business in a global industry setting.

Key responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, Service & Solutions, you will drive business growth, deliver tailored client solutions, and manage sales pipelines to expand the company’s presence in Macau.

  • Sales Generation: Actively drive business growth by securing lift and escalator modernisation and maintenance projects, boosting market share
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted, multi-level relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute targeted sales plans, manage pipelines effectively, and lead pricing discussions and negotiations
  • Technical Consultation: Deliver expert presentations on the company’s modernisation solutions and products, offering tailored technical guidance to meet client needs

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring proven sales experience, technical and commercial insight, and strong client relationship and multilingual skills.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of proven sales success, ideally in the elevator, escalator, or construction sectors
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, client engagement, and relationship-management abilities
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
