Operations & Sales Administration Officer (Dry Bulk)

Our client stands as a trading company. They're hiring an Operations & Sales Administration Officer to support the trading process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete logistics process and prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate effectively with third parties for timely transport, insurance, weighing, assaying, and customs
• Interface with logistics providers and customs officials to facilitate cargo handling
• Ensure smooth communication among customers, trading teams, and internal departments for trade execution
• Create regular reports and perform data analysis to enhance operations and assist with various assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3 years' experience in Sales Coordination/Administration
• Knowledge handling I/E & L/C is highly desired
• Experience in logistics operations& handling dry bulks/commodities product is a plus
• Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
