Regional Sales Manager (Interior Decorative Products)

Our client is a MNC interior decorative manufacturer, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join them.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue, profit, sell-through, and inventory targets.
  • Develop and implement corporate strategies.
  • Work closely with distributors and key accounts in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to forecast and manage product requirements, ensuring optimal inventory levels and successful product launches.
  • Plan and execute new product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Present regular business reviews and new product launches to accounts, maintaining positive working relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Efficiently collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals and initiatives, fostering effective communication and synergy.
  • Identify growth opportunities by implementing unique strategies to create awareness and reach target consumers.
  • Establish and adhere to sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.


Main Requirement:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Min 3 years of relevant sales experience in interior decorative products or buidling materials with regional project explosure
  • Solid experience in managing retail and distributers is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Regional Sales Manager
