As a Senior Health Representative or Sales Executive in the Oncology and Inflammation/Immunology therapeutic areas, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between the company and healthcare professionals in Hong Kong.

About the Role:


Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company driven by a mission to unlock breakthroughs that change patients' lives. As a Senior Health Representative or Sales Executive in the Oncology and Inflammation/Immunology therapeutic areas, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between the company and healthcare professionals in Hong Kong. Your responsibilities will include promoting product awareness, sharing the latest product knowledge, and establishing strong relationships with HCPs to empower them in delivering better treatment outcomes for their patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key leaders and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to analyze and manage your assigned territory, regular report to the line Manager
  • Proficiency in collaborating with marketing colleagues and the Sales Manager to plan and execute effective promotional activities, including meetings, promotional activities and raise product awareness and initiating opportunities
  • Proven track record of staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and promptly informing management and marketing teams of any potential impact
  • Experience in actively contributing to the successful launch and listing of new products
  • Skill in effectively utilizing available resources (marketing materials, budgets) to achieve sales and profit targets

Requirements:

  • University degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry (those with more experience will be considered for the Associate Account Manager / Account Manager role)
  • With a growth mindset and strong initiative to take on challenges
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (essential for this Hong Kong-based role)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
