Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve making phone calls to delinquent accounts, understanding the financial difficulties faced by customers, and negotiating suitable repayment arrangements.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your negotiation skills and understanding of customer financial difficulties in a supportive and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing phone dunning on delinquent accounts, resolving customer enquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:

  • Perform phone dunning on delinquent accounts
  • Understand customers' financial difficulties and negotiate repayment arrangements
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements on risk and control
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
