A leading luxury yacht company is currently looking for a high potential candidate to join their sales team to support on sales administrative and events functions. They are looking for an outgoing individual who will be confident in speaking with multilingual UHNWI and attending luxury events with the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and attend events with the Sales Manager
• Prepare sales documents and follow up with customers directly
• Responsible for sales order processing and all sales support matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and key customers
• Maintain and update CRM database
• Provide general administrative support to Sales Manager when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales order processing / events support
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Outgoing individual with excellent communication skills
• Solid experience in Microsoft Office
• Confident and proactive individual
