About the responsibilities:
- Establish, grow and maintain customer relationships through deep knowledge of their business.
- Land and Expand the TIS solution and services landscape in customers.
- Contribute to or lead the development of customer budget or investment plan that grow the customer ICT solution and support.
- Apply business development expertise and knowledge of client`s capabilities, market insights, and a deep understanding of the customer's business strategy to effectively influence and partner with customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive the business commercial, and technical discussions with customers that present a complete TIS solution to C-Suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. Technical Architect, Client Manager, and Functional SME’s) to identify, qualify and drive the opportunities.
- Lead an opportunity to complete the customer required solution and service needs.
- Identify and address the risks, manage the business needs, and resolve issues.
About the requirements:
- Degree Holder in IT or related discipline.
- 10+ Years ICT experience in solution and services selling.
- Holder of relevant professional certificates.
- Knowledge of Cisco Network, Security and Software.
- Other vendor skill will be considered.
- Familiar of Technical and Support services portfolio.
- Experience on Vendor relationship management; Ability to work independently and solve partner issues.
- Good written and communication skills.
