Our client is a leading payment solutions company and they are currently seeking for an experienced candidate to join their technical account management team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients on strategic solutions. If you are a candidate with presales experience then this is an excellent role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide presales demonstration to potential and existing clients
- Work closely with clients and assist them with strategic payment solutions
- Gather client feedback for product improvement and enhancement
- Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts
- Participate in ad hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Minimum 5 years of presales experience from payment solutions or fintech company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive individual and a strong team players
