Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to sales team and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Provide support on quotation drafting and invoice preparation
- Work closely with internal teams as supply chain and logitics to monitor inventory level and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or sales operation management
- Customer-centric, detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- A good team player, familiar with ERP system
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
