One of well-established MNC is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. They are currently seeking for a detail-minded and outgoing candidate with SAP knowledge. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a sizeable team then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in sales order processing and prepare invoices for customers
- Manage customer inquiries and provide product information
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system
- Prepare regular sales order reports and monthly forecast for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in order fulfilment and account servicing
- Responsible, well-organized and experienced in using SAP system
- Outgoing, ood interpersonal and communications skills
- Good team player with ability in multitasking and detail-oriented
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
