One of a leading medical device companies is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join their team. If you are a candidate with customer support and ordering processing experience, and hoping to join a sizeable company, then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as direct contact point for customer to handle inquires and complaints, and provide product information with professional manner
- Assist in order processing and responsible for inventory monitoring and forecasting
- Work collaboratively with various teams as warehouse and sales to ensure order fulfilment and timely delivery
- Update SAP related to sales activities and ensure document accuracy
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales operations, medical background is highly preferred
- Detail-minded and strong organization skill with ability to work under fast paced environment
- Knowledge in SAP system is advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
