Main Descriptions:
• Send out contracts and request deposits in conjunction with the sales team. Return signed contracts, log deposit and update specification.
• Ensure Accounts are kept informed of all payments from customers and/to manufacturers. Requesting invoicing and credits from Accounts department.
• Requesting invoicing and credits from Accounts department.
• Point of contact in relation to all changes to specifications with factory and customer’s product specification
• Notification to client and manager of critical dates in sales and commissioning process and ensuring the Commissioning Department is kept informed of these dates and any amendments. Updating spreadsheet accordingly with amended information and sending out updated statements to customers.
• Checking of orders
• Ensuring, in tandem with manager, that all offices have sufficient current brochures, price lists, specs, etc
• Production and maintenance of new product sales files for each client and for each stock product.
• Translations and interpreting with clients
• Preparation for and attending company shows and events
Main Requirement:
• Degree or above in Marketing or Business Administration or other related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales preferably concierge and hotel sales background
• Professional and confident phone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
