A leading environmental solutions company is currently seeking for a Sales Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate must have solid connections within the construction field, and strong sales track record.
Our client is a reputable and leading environmental solutions company with a strong track record within both commercial and public sectors. Due to business expansion, they are currently looking to add a Sales Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle strategic sales planning and identify new opportunities for business growth
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing key accounts
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales forecast and report
- Closely monitor market trends and perform competitor analysis
- Participate in training and leading new joiners
- Assist in ad hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience
- Strong sales track record with experience working closely with client from construction industry
- Proactive and target-driven individual
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
