Job Responsibilities
- Develop and formulate retail operation strategies to drive business growth
- Evaluate and formulate operations policies and standards with effective manpower planning to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular commercial business reviews and store visits, to evaluate performance, propose action plans to ensure targets are achieved
- Manage a team of 200+ front-line sales and promoters
- Develop training programme and provide regular training and coaching to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or other related discipline
- 8+ years experiences in retail operation
- Experience in consumer electronic in highly preferable
- Customer-focused, result oriented, strong in problem solving and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
