Medical Sales Supervisor, Life Science / Laboratory

A leading Life Sciences company is currently seeking for a Sales Supervisor to join their team. They are seeking for a candidate with previous sales experience from life sciences or laboratory fields.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products and/or services to public & private HCPs to meet or exceed sales targets
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with partners including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Provide product details to clients to maximize product or brand penetration through development and execution of sales plan & strategies
• Proactively explore new business opportunities, approach key account customers, dealers, pharmacy and other business partners and maintain good relationship with designated customers
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services.
• Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing to develop sales strategies and drive business expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or relevant disciplines
• 3+ years of sales experience in life science or related field
• Proactive in carrying out task and driving sales results
• Ambitious and passionate about building a successful sales career
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
