A multinational and leading sports brand is currently seeking for a Retail Manager / Director to join and lead 50 retailers across Hong Kong. The chosen candidate must have strong retail experience from sports brand.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement annual business plan and sales strategies
- Manage and improve retail operations through different channels
- Perform competitor analysis and market research
- Manage sales, inventory and store operations
- Provide training and supervision to the team
- Improve daily retail operations by performance analysis and CRM
Requirements:
- Higher diploma holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Solid track record in team management
- Sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills
- Previous experience in high-end sports or outdoor clothing & gear is preferred
- Flexible and proactive individual
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
