A highly reputable food trading company is currently seeking for an Operations Manager to join their HK office. The chosen candidate will be responsible providing strategic advice to all departments and assisting with business transformation. Responsibilities:
- Partner with CEO to participate in the development and execution of long term strategic vision
- Acts as a Business Partner to lead managerial teams in driving commercial growth
- Initiate and implement group policies and operations
- Drive and maintain culture and core visions
- Assist with system migration
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Previous experience in FMCG / consumer industry would be a plus
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proven operations management experience
- Have exposure from both SME and sizeable corporations
- Previous experience with system implementation
- Proactive individual with strong business sense
- Excellent strategic planning and analytic skills
