Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales & Marketing strategies
- Responsible to prepare sales documents including legal, promotion & sale lists etc.
- Coordinate with external market research parties and analysis the market
- coordinate with property agents, solicitors and banks to facilitate the sales & marketing strategies
- Drive the sales campaign and monitor sales activities
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in HK property developer
- Sound knowledge in local property market
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager
