APAC Regional Sales Manager (Luxury Eyewear Brand)

On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury eyewear brand experiencing significant growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead expansion into key Asian markets. This is a unique opportunity to build a substantial presence in a rapidly evolving luxury landscape and work with a portfolio of high-profile clients.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale strategy for the assigned territory, focusing on Hong Kong and other key Asian markets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at high-end retailers and distributors.
  • Secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Accurately forecast sales and manage sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and account performance.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury goods sales, preferably within the eyewear or fashion accessories industry.
  • Proven track record of success in securing and managing high-value accounts within the luxury retail sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury retail landscape in Asia.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
