This is a large financial institution that is key provider for asset servicing for investment funds and pensions. You will be the key account manager/key contact for institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain business with institutional clients
· Commit to serve clients for their pension schemes in compliance with excellent services standards with aim to strengthen the relationship. Help build up and maintain corporate image and reputation of the company in its servicing capabilities and culture
· Apply knowledge of the company’s products, operations (including operating systems) and its related systems to servicing channel partners and customers
· Provide pension portfolio review services to clients, including reports preparation, pension advice and briefings on regulations and scheme changes update
· Work closely with other departments in reviewing, enhancing and improving service standards and operation efficiency in order to enrich client experience
· Understand and comply with the procedures, internal control and compliance requirements, assist Team / Department Head to train other team members
· Manage and motivate team members in achieving the goals set by the company
· Train and develop team members on the company’s products, operations (including operating systems) and client specific requirements
· Develop leadership and management skills for self, as well as increase work productivity and competency of self and staff
· Allocate, prioritize and manage resources as appropriate in order to achieve the personal and team target as agreed, handle channel partners / clients daily requests, enquiries, and complaints
· Assist to formulate and implement marketing plan for the corporation, take up tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
· Degree holder preferably in Finance or Marketing
· Minimum of 6+ years in client servicing with institutional clients
· Candidates with experience in the pension industry or experience in asset management/ consultingwill be a huge advantage
· Candidates who have SFC Licensed Representative qualification will be a great addition
· Open to candidates with account management/marketing experience
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & Mandarin
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President
