Job Responsibilities:
Initiate and develop strategical sales plans to achieve business objective
Manage and maintain sustainable business partnership with key accounts (supermarkets and retailers), and monitor with their sales performance
Liaise with buyer for trade activities and in-store display, ensure campaign effectiveness
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholder to ensure trade marketing and promotional activities deliverable
Conduct market research to obtain market intelligence, and support the development of sales strategy
Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant account management or sales experience, FMCG or healthcare background is highly preferred
Solid experience in manage modern trade channels as PankNShop, Wellcome, Mannings or Watson's
Excellent communicator with entrepreneur mindset
A proactive storyteller, result-oriented and strong in strategical thinking
